1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at SleepResetLab.com, checkout pages, and all related content, digital downloads, tools, and bonuses (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3) Health & Medical Disclaimer

Educational only. Our content is evidence-informed and may reference CBT-I principles, but it is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and does not create a clinician–patient or therapist–client relationship.

Not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself/others, call your local emergency number immediately.

Consult a clinician. If you are pregnant, suspect sleep apnea or another sleep disorder, have a medical or mental-health condition, or take prescription medications (including sleep meds), consult a licensed clinician before using the Services.

No guarantees. Individual results vary.

4) Orders, Pricing, & Payments

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change prior to purchase.

We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. By purchasing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the order amount and any applicable taxes.

The Services are delivered digitally (e.g., PDFs, audio files, Google Sheets links). Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

No subscriptions at this time. If subscriptions are offered later, terms will be displayed at checkout.

Download access: We do not impose link expirations or download-attempt limits, unless otherwise noted on a specific product page.

5) Refunds — 7-Night Sleep-Better Guarantee

Try The 7-Day Sleep Reset for 7 nights. If you don’t notice meaningful improvement (e.g., falling asleep faster or fewer wake-ups):

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

We’ll refund 100% to the original payment method—no hoops.

After a refund, your license is revoked and access may be disabled.

Applies to the core program and included bonuses, unless a product page states otherwise.

Abuse (e.g., repeated buy/refund cycles) may result in refusal of future purchases.

6) License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital materials for non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Share, resell, upload, post, or redistribute the materials to third parties;

Remove proprietary notices or create derivative works intended for distribution or sale.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, service marks, and logos (including SleepResetLab™) are owned by or licensed to SleepResetLab and protected by applicable IP laws. All rights reserved.

8) User Content, Feedback & Testimonials

If you submit feedback, reviews, or testimonials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display them in any media with your first name, last initial, and city (or as otherwise permitted by you). Testimonials are individual experiences; results vary.

9) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate laws or third-party rights;

Infringe IP;

Interfere with the Services (e.g., scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing technical controls);

Upload malware;

Harass or abuse others.

10) Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

11) Marketing Communications

Email. By providing your email, you consent to receive transactional messages and optional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime (transactional emails will continue).

SMS (if you opt in). If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive automated marketing texts at the number you provide. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your carrier is not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

12) Geography

We sell worldwide. We do not specifically target EU/UK residents. If you access from outside Canada or the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local law compliance.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising (as defined by applicable laws).

14) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific outcomes. Individual results vary.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SleepResetLab and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or business, arising from or related to the Services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—some provisions may not apply to you.)

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SleepResetLab from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, labor disputes, internet/utility failures).

18) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the provincial and federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario for all disputes.

Class-Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class action or similar representative proceeding.

19) Changes to the Services & Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20) Severability; Waiver; Assignment

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
